We wanted to send you a note letting you know how happy we have been with Grogg's. It has been a real pleasure dealing with you, which is something I cannot say about some of the other companies we contacted. We really appreciate having a live person answer the phone when we call. I realize that costs the company extra, but I assure you, as a customer, I thought it was great.
Mr. Martin was very informative and patient, and kindly answered all of our questions, twice. First in person with my husband, then over the phone later with me. He understood that this was a big decision for us and we wanted all the information we could get. I actually had a man from another company tell me, when i asked a question, " because i said so". The same man also told me to "look it up on-line". We are very happy that Mr. Martin took the time to measure and explain what needed to be done, so that we could have everything done correctly and safely. So I'm sure you can understand how much we appreciated Mr. Martin.
The two man crew that came to our house was also wonderful. They worked hard trying to get everything ready for the new furnace and then get the furnace up and going. They fitted and refitted things trying to get everything to work. They even stayed later one evening so that we could have furnace heat as opposed to fireplace heat. That was the first time in almost 3 weeks that we had a working furnace. They were patient with the kids and the animals and were able to work around all the commotion.
I felt it was important to let you know how thankful we are to have found your company. The professionalism and kindness your employees have shown us will not be forgotten. It is so often that people only want to discuss the negative and never the positive. We just want you to know that you positively have a wonderful salesman and staff. We will recommend you to everyone we know.
