2016 Revolv modular furnace and Lennox a/c using (2x) 16x20x1 filters. All checks good at this time and system is operating properly. Customer is renewing their extended Labor Warranty today.
Split system using 20x25x4 filter. All checks good at this time and system is operating properly.
Heil split system w/ AA413 filter. Replaced filter, all other checks good at this time. Customer is Cozy Plus HVAC member and is set to renew in November.
Filter drop off- AA213
York split system using AA413 filter and AA700 humidifier. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time, customer is a monthly member and doesn’t need to renew.
Lennox split system using 14x25x1 filter. All checks good at this time and system is operating properly. Customer is a monthly member and does not need to renew.
2x York split systems both using AA413 filters. Upstairs unit found Reme Halo air purifier with burnt out bulb and replaced bulb. All other checks good at this time and customer not set to renew Cozy HVAC until November.
Lennox furnace and York a/c system using Lennox/Honeywell 16x25x5 filter (4” wide if other branding) and AA600 humidifier. Changed AA35 water panel, all other checks good at this time. Customer will renew Cozy HVAC Plus plan today.
2010 American standard split system using Skuttle 16x25x5 filter. Replaced filter, all other checks good at this time. Customer also has another property serviced through us and if possible hope to re align in future to same time frame of checks.
Customer has 16x25x5 Skuttle filter box and with the change in filter brand was having a little resistance trying to get the Trion filter in the Skuttle box. Mentioned method to possibly help get them in and also that a 4”wide box should suffice as well if issue persists
2007 Goodman split system using 16x25x1 filter. Customers mentioned noticing the example of : asking system to cool to 73 and it may pass that number and they still hear the system running. One explanation of the sound I found was the fan function at t-stat was set to on rather than auto, allowing the blower motor to continuously run. For the temp difference, the t-stat has a 1 degree leniency for its threshold, (if asking for 73, won’t shut off til it hit 72), combined with continuos fan to circulate and mild temperatures this year, the circulating air has the potential to further drop the temp a degree if it isn’t having to fight higher ambient temps. All mechanical inspections today I found no issue and system is operating within normal ranges.
2022 Goodman heat pump system using Skuttle 16x20x5 filter. All checks good at this time. Customer will establish Cozy HVAC Yearly plan today.
Arcoaire split system w/ AA313 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time. Customer not set to renew agreement until May ‘24.
2021 Amana split system using AA213 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time. Customer set to renew Oct 2023
2021 Ruud split system using AA413 filter. All checks good at this time and system is operating prop. Customer does not need to renew until February’24.
2011 Amana split system using Skuttle 16x25x5 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time. Customer will renew Cozy Plus HVAC plan today.
2018 York split system w/ AA413 filter. All checks good at this time. Customer is a Cozy HVAC monthly member and does not need to renew.
2021 Ruud split system using Aa213 filter. All checks good at this time. Customer is a Cozy Plus HVAC member and will be set to renew in November.
2003 split system using 20x25x5 Skuttle filter. Replaced filter. Found outdoor dual capacitor 35/3mfd low out of range and replaced capacitor. All other checks good at this time. Customer will renew Cozy Home Plan today.
2021 Ruud split system using AA413 filter and AA600 humidifier. Replaced air filter. All checks good at this time.
2015 York split system w/ 20x25x1 filter. All checks good at this time. Customer is Cozy Home Plus member and is set to renew in Sept. around fall heating check.
2017 York split system using (2x) 16x25x1 filters. All checks good at this time. Customer has a Cozy Plus HVAC plan and is not set to renew til heating visit .
Heil split system using AA413 filter. All checks good at this time and system is running properly. Customer would like to wait at this time to renew Cozy Plan and plans to call in when convenient for him.
2022 York dual fuel system with HMH7 outdoor unit using AA213 filter and AA800 steam humidifier. All checks good at this time and system is operating properly. Todays visit was 1year mark from installation, customer is on a Cozy Plus HVAC plan.
Heil heat pump package unit using AA213 filter. Replaced filter. All checks good at this time. Customer is a monthly member and does not need to renew.
