Epson did a great job on my recent routine HVAC maintenance check. He fully explained what he was going to do before he started and then explained what he did and the condition of my system when he was finished. It was a pleasure having him do the work for us.

Epson Espinosa completed my service check on my furnace and Fujitsu unit. He did an excellent service on both of my nits. He was very polite, thorough, neat and explained everything he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone. I would request anytime I have a service done.

Once again Groggs employees did a great job getting my air conditioning problems diagnosed and repaired.
Turned Reme halo to right direction, fixed gas leak inside furnace and added a shut off to the furnace so others appliances don’t get shut off when working on the furnace. Performed cooling maintenance as well. Work done under 10/10 warranty.

Performed maintenance on cooling, inducer motor rattles a bit, no other issues found.
Work under parts and labor warranty, unit operation within range but due to ambient and no load super heat a bit out of range. Let customer know that we need to come back during a hot day and check charge and adjust if needed.
Will check on warranty and homeowners will monitor the operation. I believe it’s the motor but it was working fine during my visit.
Cooling check on geo, checked capacitor, electrical connections, cleaned drain, pressures within range, had to pressurize water loop to 20psi, good operation from loop as well.
Customer would like to reschedule, office will call to set up repair day.
Performed maintenance on system. No anomalies, cleaned outdoor coil and verified pressures. All within range. Replaced filter, cleaned drain and all electrical connections.
2011 Lennox ac low on refrigerant and bad capacitor. Customer expressed that unit was recharged a couple years ago. Informed customer about the options for leak search, cost to replace a coil out of warranty as well as charging the system or/and replacing. Customer decided to replace capacitor and charge the unit. Aware that it’s hard to tell how long it will run before gets low again. Left unit with new capacitor, clean condenser, and super heat within range.
Diagnosis from 5/31/2023 Evaporator coil leaking refrigerant. Will order, office will call to schedule repair. No filter drier required, isolated condenser. Need 2” pvc couplings and 3/4” fittings to reattach drain and intake. When coil is replaced, please remove net on condenser coil and clean coil, no net needed back.
Follow up, installed a relay for the operation of back heat. Tested operation. Recommend a second visit during the fall to test unit on heat and adjust if needed. Unit operation within range.
1995 r22 unit with 10psi vapor pressure. Due to age and severe leak, customer is getting an estimate for replacement.
Installed new thermostat.
Found two separate leaks. One at suction line service valve and one in liquid line connection. Ordering new valve under warranty. Will repair other leak when we replace service valve. Customer would be responsible for refrigerant cost.
Currently furnace will only work in high fire.
