Customer having problems with mini split system. Arrived to find system out of refrigerant. Replaced all flare fittings with pro-fit fittings. Pressured up to 600 psi and bubble checked. Found no leaks. Vacuumed down. Pressured up again to 600 psi and performed a leak search. Device found no leaks. Vacuumed down again to 290 microns. There is another leak I could not find. Chris has talked to the customer.

Ustomer said ac would leak water. Poured water into drip pan to make sure drain line was clear. Confirmed clear. Could not see light through the coil. Water would pool in the dust and drip off. Dust also caused excess condensation on coil. Cleaned coil. Water now rolls down into the pan. Told customer it may take a few days for everything to dry out because it’s so wet. Confirmed operation.

Customer said ac was humming and hot. System is from 1998. Customer may experience problems in the future. Found the capacitor was bad. Replaced ac came right on. Also found that the blower motor was bad. Would make a loud noise on start up, and would get stuck after about a minute. Replaced blower motor and capacitor. Turned on equipment. 17 degree temp drop. Confirmed operation.

Performed maintenance on geo system. Cleaned system and found no issues at this time. Verified working status of REME LED and renewed maintenance agreement for another year.

2 York affinity split systems both using AA501 or 401 filters, and one mini split system for use in garage. All checks good at this time. Previous technician in April addressed refrigerant leak and tightened near shrader ports and txv, showing successful as no issues at this time. Customer is on Cozy Plus agreement and will be due to renew in November.

2017 York ac unit was low on refrigerant. System holds 15 lbs of refrigerant, I added five pounds today to get system cooling again.no signs of oil with visual inspection. Tightened lock nuts on txv. When I removed gauges the Schrader core on the liquid line was leaking. Tightened cores in both valves.

Customer said ac was rattling. 1. Ent cover was rattling. Had a loose fin from the factory. Tightened it up, reinstalled. Confirmed good.

Replaced faulty pressure switch on 2012 York furnace. Unit passes Combustion analysis for safe operation.

Replace existing heat pump and air handler

2016 York furnace is running without fault. Code history of vent termination. Likely due to vent exhaust freezing but this system has not had a problem with it since it was put in. Confirmed that drain line was clear. We are gonna order pressure switches under warranty just in case.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Cleaned and checked operation of equipment. Changed Aprilaire 213 filter. Renewed labor warranty agreement with customer. All checks were good.

Service Call Fee: 3amp fuse blown on circuit board. found sorry in heat pump low pressure switch where it was pressed against the suction line. reinsulated with electrical tape and adjusted it away from the copper line. replaced 3amp fuse.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Cleaned and checked operation of equipment. Changed Aprilaire 413 filter. Recommend surge protection especially for this type of equipment as it is very electronically dependent. Also manufacture warranties don’t cover problems caused by surges or lightning. Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System 2003 Arcoaire heat pump system w/ 16x20x1 filter using r-22 refrigerant. All electric heat with strips as backup. All checks good at this time. Capacitor rated for 35/3 mfd is good and in range along with newer control board and contactor in outdoor unit. System is running as well as it can at this time given the age and wear on system.

Service Call Platinum Client: Thermostat had a fault code E6 condensate overflow. Vacuumed the drain line and checked temperatures. Everything is functioning properly again.

Replacement of expansion valve for system in the craw apace.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System Cleaned and checked operation of air conditioner. Changed 20-25-5 filter. Recommend surge protector for air conditioner.
