When Joe came to discuss the purchase of a new unit, I did not know what to expect as I had never made this purchase before. Before sitting down with pricing, he went through the entire home examining all details of the current system. He asked about any problem areas, which I had that were not resolved with the last service company I used. Once his work was done, we sat down and discussed pricing of units and service package options. I feel as though I made a perfect decision for my home needs based on his assessment, not pushy salesmanship.
