Very professional yet very friendly. Was told everything ahead of time of the repair. Very courteous and on time. Cleaned up and made sure things worked properly before leaving the job.

Extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. Expected job to take much longer but was pleasantly surprised when it took much less time. Also, liked that there was no cleanup after the job was finished. Great service!

My feedback is no reflection on Jordan at all, he was very professional and helpful. The issue wasn’t resolved because because you don’t have a hydro jet or camera. Could only go down 30 feet with snake which didn’t reach clog. No camera.. how does a plumbing company not have a pipe camera? Groggs (not Jordan) fell short of my expectations. I’m out $800 and problem not solved, not even a little.
The service was great and quick, however it was very expensive.

Quoted for new power vent water heater. Was more than the customer was expecting so they are going to think about it and call us back.
Drain was working fine but I believe the dishwasher is not pumping water
Customer has a double wide so it has to a gas water heater for doublewides. He is gonna see if he can fix it himself.
Checked the main drain line and added strapping to take the belly out of it.
Need to go back and fix line coming out of the ground. Unit is not being used currently, only used during winter months.
Plumbing Maintenance
Customer has a crawl space with a lot of sewage in it. He is going to get it cleaned up and call us back to fix the broken pipe. Shouldn’t take very long to fix once we can get to it.
Pulled toilet in master bath and ran snake to unclog line.
Ran camera down 3 sewer lines and found roots, ran snake down all 3 lines to clean them out.
Crawl space is full of sewage, customer is going to get it cleaned up and call us back. I let the customer know that the estimate is subject to change once we can get in the crawl space to see exactly what needs done for repair.
Customer was not interested in cozy plan because he is selling the house
Cut 3” Copper Drain Stack and Replace Drains for Bathroom and Attach to existing Copper Vent. Install New Customer Provided Toilet with Flange, Wax Ring, Johnny Bolts and Move Water Line with New Stop and Supply Line. Need 2x6s and Plywood to Repair Floor.
Customer was not interested in maintenance plan.
Fixed vent on tankless
Water heater pan had water in it again. Checked expansion tank, water temp and water pressure. All were good. Customer is going to keep an eye on it to see if it is tank leaking or possibly a gas valve malfunctioning.
Offered maintenance agreement but customer was not interested at this time

Customers basement is filled with sewage. They were calling as I pulled in to cancel appointment so I did not charge a service fee. They are going to get it cleaned up and then call us back to possibly do a drain cleaning and check/relight water heater.
