When our furnace quit working, we called Groggs and they sent Shawn right over. In a little while, he had the furnace working again. Many thanks to Shawn!

WAS HAVING FURNACE PROBLEMS...WAS SHUTTING OFF ALL THE TIME. CALLED AND MADE THE APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY. THEY CAME OUT IN THE TIME FRAME AS EXPECTED. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM AND WAS DONE IN NO TIME. GREAT WORK GROGGS!!!!!!

My furnace quit working. I called and the service tech, Shawn Lanahan, was there the same day and was very professional. found the problem right away. It required a part that needed ordered. They told when it would come in and was there the day it came in to install and get me going again. Thank you so much for the care and professionalism you should my family and I.
The crew was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Even though they did not find the source of our problem, they were thorough and explained everything they did and advised us to call again if problem happens again.

Yearly cooling maintenance and filter change.
Replaced bad thermostat
Performed yearly maintenance.
Leak repair
Found a dirty filter pulled into the blower motor causing it to be off balance. Replaced the filter and signed up for a maintenance agreement.
Yearly maintenance checks on a 5 year old York system. Everything checked out good. Found no issues today.
Outside package unit not running. Found a bad thermostat. Replaced thermostat and verified proper operation.
Performed yearly cooling maintenance. Added a surge protector today to protect delicate electronics in newer modern equipment.
