Performed anniversary check on equipment. Changed AA313 filter and found no issues with the equipment. Discussed maintenance agreement renewal with customer and they will call in after discussing if they decide to renew.
Performed maintenance on 2 systems. Changed 20-25-5 filter and 20-25-4 filter. Found failing capacitors on both blower motors and replaced to avoid any potential issues. Cleaned coils on AC systems and found them to be running properly at this time. Verified working status of surge protection on each piece of equipment. Renewed maintenance for another year.
Performed maintenance check on equipment. Changed AA413 filter and recommend surge protection for equipment. Installed surge protectors in equipment. All checks were good.
Performed maintenance on package unit. Changed AA313 filter and verified working status of plasma air. Recommended surge protection for system. All checks were good. Found no issues with the equipment at this time.
Replaced filter for no charge per Justin.
Found evaporator coil upstairs completely frozen up when I arrived as well as the compressor and line set outside. Turned AC off and left fan running to allow coil to thaw out. Scheduled service call for 6-21-23 between 12-5 to give system time to thaw out. Believe system should still be under warranty. Ruud system was in good working order, customer is getting new filters for the equipment. Renewed comfort club for another year.
Performed maintenance on air handler heat pump system. 16-20-1 filter was still in good condition. Verified working status of Plasma Air. System had proper subcooling and levels looked good. Found extremely weak capacitor and discussed repair option with customer. Replaced capacitor and all other checks were good. Renewed maintenance agreement for another year.
Performed cooling checks on both systems. Changed 16-25-4 filter in downstairs system and checked 16-25-1 filter upstairs. Customer said they had a drain leak from upstairs but unsure where at in the drain line. I could not identify the spot it was leaking at when I was there but I glued up all connections on drain and told customer if it continues to leak to try to identify location of leak and call us back. Recommend surge protection for equipment. All checks were good.
Customer mentioned they have dust problems so I Attached link to plasma air website(https://www.plasma-air.com/application/83 )and quoted price for whole home air purification. Performed maintenance on AC system. Found everything within specs at this time and running properly. All checks were good.
Performed maintenance on equipment. Changed AA413 filter and verified working status of REME Halo. Customer mentioned that she had lost 2 previous AC systems because of lightning so I recommended surge protection to be installed on system to prevent that in the future. Renewed maintenance agreement for another year.
Performed maintenance on equipment. Changed filters and found what appears to be mold growth inside downstairs system. Installed Plasma Air to deactivate any live mold spores and stop any new from forming. Found no issues with the equipment at this time.

Found no issues with the system at this time, all checks were good. Sent renewal invoice to customers email and they will send in payment.

Changed AA413 filter and discussed comfort club with customer and benefits of having equipment checked and cleaned yearly.

Performed promo AC check on equipment. System is 21 years old but at this time is still functioning properly. Customer had already cleaned system out before I got there and filter was still in good condition. All checks were good. Quoted price for maintenance agreement.
Performed air conditioner check that was not completed during last visit. Filter was in good condition. Customer was not satisfied with previous visit but I did verify that plasma air was installed and functional. Cleaned and verified working status of air conditioning equipment. All checks were good.
Changed filters and renewed comfort club with customer. Performed maintenance checks on equipment. Recommend surge protection for equipment. Found no issues with either furnace or air conditioner at this time. All checks were good.
Performed maintenance on AC. Changed AA201 filter and system is 22 years old but running properly at this time. Discussed maintenance plan renewal with customer and they will call in at later time to renew.
Customer called because of a sewage odor when they run furnace and air conditioner. Return duct was very filthy and needs to be cleaned. Flex duct for most run but trunk line is where build up is mostly(attached photos). Also recommend REME Halo air purifier to get rid of any odors that could be present. All checks with the system were good. Signed customer up for maintenance agreement. Filter size is EAC washable but replaced with a 16-25-5 filter while I was there.
