Performed heating and cooling maintenance check. Furnace is operating perfectly, AC is R22 system, but is still holding its charge and operating properly.

Furnace & AC can be Heil or Rheem at the moment we can get either. Heil model would be G96VTN & AC would be NXA6. For Rheem it would be RA16 and for the furnace it would be R96VA. Both are variable speed and 16 seer

System not operating due to low voltage short, diagnosed shorted thermostat wire to outdoor unit. Ran new stat wire.

Replace ecm module, plug , motor and blade.

Diagnosed 2007 R22 Heat pump not running due to tripped breaker. Checked all components, compressor pulling 8.5amps. does not trip breaker , R22 heat pump operating with 69/150psi. 18° temp drop. Advised customer about age and condition of equipment.

Performed cooling check. Equipment is newer. Everything operating within manufacturer spec. Recommend surge protectors on equipment, air purifiers to help keep them healthy and dust down, and a fresh air ventilator to bring in fresh air. Left quote.

Installed 45/5 dual run capacitor, 240v surge protector, 120v surge protector, and 8444 stat. Explained operation, tested, confirmed operation.

Replaced defrost board and wiring harness. Found contactor to be failed, replaced , then diagnosed coil for reversing valve has shorted.

Flue pipe ended approximately 2" short of flue termination cap causing flue gases to be expelled into wall and also allowing it to be pulled back in thru intake. Extended length of flue pipe to allow proper termination Customers system is 19 years old and has rust spots forming on heat exchanger Chambers. Customer would like an estimate to replace the system due to age, condition and recurring issues in the short time since they've owned the home

Diagnosed furnace not coming on due to damaged door switch. Bypassed switch and quoted replacement of door switch. System is 2003 Bryant 92% furnace. Advised customer that average life expectancy is 12-17 years. Customer would like estimate to replace system due to age. Customer interested in BOGO special also asked about tankless water heater and ecobee thermostat

Cooling maintenance. Furnace is located in crawl space which makes it a chore to change air filter. Spoke with customer about a filter upgrade to cut down on so many trips into the crawl space and offer better filtration. Customer had ducts cleaned last year. Spoke with them about adding an air cleaner to system which would give them cleaner air to breathe and to also help keep ducts cleaner.

12 year old Goodman heat pump package unit, has been operated with no filtration. Evaporator coil is plugged up with dirt and animal hair. Blower wheel has dust buildup on fins. 2 failed capacitors and a failed contactor. Quoted replacement parts and thorough cleaning with maintenance plan, advised all of this would be useless without a filter. Customer would like estimate to replace the system.

Service Fee-Platinum Customer found compressor to have issue starting, this is a semi hermetic compressor. Unit is 11 years old. Dead alert customer of ongoing issues. However, found capacitor to also be very low. Replace capacitor and compressor was still hesitating to engage. Charge seem to be adequate given indoor and outdoor temperatures. Did let customer know what issues did offer to have a lead set. Customer declined at this time. Did sign customer up on maintenance.

Service Fee-Platinum Customer installed drip leg and sediment trap and gas line that supplies furnace. Also wired in float switch for drain pan, broke or at the thermostat was switch tested and verified all operations. Also double checked for leaks. No issues at this time..
