Service Call Fee: Arrived to find condensate drain line was backed up causing the float switch to cut the system off. Cleaned drain and adjusted refrigerant pressures. Also installed a new filter.

Service No Charge: Returned to install bad warranty compressor. Ran vacuum and pressure tested, everything looked good weighed in refrigerant charge, checked temperatures and pressures nd everything checks out good

Service Call back: Returned and found the compressor was no longer running. The compressor windings are shorted to the housing. Unit has a parts warranty but not a labor warranty. Estimated cost of repair is $3,000.00 Homeowner is going to decide on repairs or replacement and get back with us on their decisions.

Service Call Fee: Leak in suction line. No leaking on cooling anymore. Might need re flare if issues continues. If need to come back, needs to be early and needs to be prepared for mini split repairs ( nitrogen, mini spit bag etc) Thank you!

Service Call Fee: System was low on refrigerant, leaking from the suction valve port. I repaired the leak and added 3 pounds of 410a. Checked refrigerant pressure and temperatures. Everything checks out good.
