Service Fee-Platinum Customer Found a 13 year old train system to be low on refrigerant reading 90/170 with a sub cooling of 1.7°. Unit has 7 pound factory charge of our 410 a, did quote for 4 pounds of refrigerant also contactor is severely scorched due to short cycling and capacitor has also failed reading 42.7 on herm of a 50 rated capacitor. Brought findings to customer gave him the repair option customer declined in Quote on system. Did set up lead customer signed up on maintenance..

Service Fee-Platinum Customer Found unit to be low recharged system with approximately 4lbs of 410 units are 13 yo pressures were 155/301 did tell customer his compression ratio is begging to be high and is apparent of a compressor issue. Did recommend replacing systems customer will call in later after speaking to his wife.

Diagnosed customer tripped fuse when moving thermostat. Replaced fuse verified operation. Customer states that minisplit unit doesn't seem to heat very well when both are running. Tested out system and advised running only one at night since other room is not occupied at night.

Performed anniversary check. Renewed customer on cozy maintenance plan. Filter needs to be changed, did not have 213 filter. Customer wanted to pay for it now, eed to return with filter.

Performed heating checks on equipment. Changed 16-25-1 and 16-20-1 filters. Quoted pricing for Plasma Air whole home air purifier. Found no issues with the equipment.

Furnace not lighting due to failed hot surface igniter. System is 2015 Nordyne high efficiency. Went to supply house and got replacement igniter. Installed and unit is operating normally. Blower capacitor tested out of spec but customer declined replacing part. Customer stated they did not like noise the furnace makes while running, not having return duct, and the lacking filtration. Scheduled comfort advisor to come out and provide estimate today.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System Checked heat kit operation and amperage’s of the system. Found bio-growth starting to form in the system and recommended Plasma Air IAQ to prevent it from getting any worse. System is operating as intended.

Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Cooling System system operating with 7 degree temperature drop, R410a pressures operating at 87/250. diagnosed leaking evaporator coil confirmed with Ultrasonic leak detector. a previous technician added uv dye to system checked with UV light and found dye around multiple spots in evaporator coil. advised customer of cost of replacing evaporator coil. customer would like an estimate to replace the system. scheduled estimate Performed Platinum Comfort Club Membership Tune-Up on Heating System, runs for about 20 minutes before tripping limit temperature rise is 76 degrees gas pressures reading 2.6 inches WC fan speeds set properly for size of machine, return duct popped when furnace stops indicating possible return issue. 100,000 BTU furnace paired with 3 ton AC, possible sizing issue.

Service No Charge Upon inspection found unit to have a dead Contactor. And a bad Ecm motor.
