Service Call Platinum Client - Hot Water Tank Had No Capacity, Would only run hot for a few minutes. Troubleshot HWT. Thermostats were set correct, Elements were Pulling Proper Volts with each leg having Proper Amps. Removed Dip Tube and Found that it was in 6 Inches of Sediment. Cut it Shorter for a Temporary Fix Until a New HWT is Installed. T&P us Dripping. Excessive Water Pressure - 105psi - Has Water Pressure Regulator in Crawl Space, Recommended Replacing with New Valve and Pressure Gauge. Adjusted Regulator and it Did go Down. Still Needs Replaced Gave Quote to Replace Customer Provided Kitchen Sink and Faucet. Gave Quoto for Dryer Termination Kit.

Travis was a very pleasant young man he wore cover over boots when coming into our home, he went directly to furnace and checked voltage on heater and then replaced door and made sure it was secure, He checked heat pump in same manner with volt age and sprayed out core on heat pump was very little particles in pump again he made sure all access to pump was button up. I think Travis was a friendly person and done a great job representing Grogg's.

Power wires going into the unit were loose and sparking. Cut power off at breaker. Secure breaker and housing to the frame as it was kinda hanging loose. Reattached power wires to breaker of air handler and tightened down. Put back together and tested the heat to come on and also for the fan to shut off when heat turned off.

Unit has faulty drain pan. Leaking condensation out where drain connections are. Customer patched with jb weld. Advised customer that cost of repairs on a hp of this age and refrigeration type wouldn’t be advantageous. Scheduled bid consultation Thursday 1-3
