Air conditioning maintenance visit. Customer has ductless mini-split unit. Performed AC maintenance, cleaned mini split system, all components working correctly.
Service Call Fee:1993 Coleman electric furnace has a failed limit switch and burnt wire. Repaired wire connection. Supplier is 45 minutes from here so cost of me leaving to get part and coming back is gonna be around $500. Given that the furnace is almost 30yrs old I am recommending replacement of furnace rather than repair. Customer is getting an estimate today 3-5pm. Customer is also going to pick the part up themselves and put on in the meantime.
